Look no further and order some from Blissful Bite, you won't be disappointed. Blissful Bite makes the most delicious baklava that has just the right amount of sweetness and so much flavor. The blend of nuts, cardamom, and cinnamon is nothing short of amazing, and the honey drizzle is so light. My family tasted the flower, the roll, and the square all with slightly different fillings. Couldn't decide what we liked best, we just know that it's all dangerously good. I ordered a few boxes of squares to bring to the office to treat my coworkers, and everyone loved it. I didn't even have a chance to take a photo of beautifully packaged boxes of deliciousness before they were all gone.

My name is Nidhi and Blissful Bite is my passion project. I am a foodie and desserts are my weakness. After every meal, I have to eat something sweet. I look for new desserts and try to experiment with a healthier version of it. I enjoy sweets from all over the world.
Years ago I tasted Baklava at a Mediterranean restaurant and was intrigued by its flavor, texture, and richness. The taste stuck with me and I soon found myself making it at home. To my surprise, it turned out way better than what I had at the restaurant. I started experimenting with the recipe to bring my own twist to traditional Baklava. Anyone who tried my Baklava became a fan. They loved the subtle but different flavors, but more interestingly they liked that it was light and the richness did not overpower their senses. Over the years, I have experimented with several combinations of nuts and syrups.
Fast forward, I started a home food business in Oct 2022. Baklava was a easy and natural choice for me. Since the launch, I have gotten positive feedback and great reviews from everyone who has tried them. From kids birthday parties to retirement home get togethers, people who have tried my Baklava have reached to me just to say thanks. Their comments and patronage has been very rewarding and most satisfying. When I hear people say... that because of Blissful Bite Baklavas, they are now a fan of baklava -- that makes my day!!!

- Baklava can be stored in an air-tight container at room temperature for 2 weeks. To maintain its crispness during summer months, we recommend refrigerating it.

- What is baklava?
- The origin of Baklava is not very clear but it's a very popular dessert in countries like Turkey and Greece. Many Mediterranean countries have their own versions of baklava, slightly tweaking the recipe to make it unique. Baklava recipes can vary, but they always include a few common things - phyllo (or filo) sheets, sugar/honey syrup, nuts, and butter.
- Can I customize?
- Yes. If you are allergic to any nut or don’t like a particular nut combination, reach out to us. Since we make each order fresh we can customize baklava filling to your liking.
- What type of ingredients are used?
- We strive to source the best possible ingredients for you, from real butter to the highest quality nuts.
- Is it eggless/vegan?
- Yes our baklava is eggless. We can make most baklava variety vegan. Reach out to us for customization.
- How much advance notice do you need?
- Please place your orders at least 24 hours in advance. For bigger orders, 4-6 days will be ideal.
- What is unique about your baklava?
- Our baklava will taste very different from the store-bought ones. I use unique nut combinations and less sugar so our baklavas are light and crispy. I experiment with unconventional flavors like paan, matcha, and date.
